Your client list grows as your territory changes. New people are added, practices move and some professional relationships become inactive. Their details still matter, even when they no longer belong in your day-to-day visit plans.
In ISF Agenda, you can archive a client when you stop visiting them regularly. Their profile remains available in the archive, and your active list reflects the people you currently manage.
When a client moves outside your territory
Imagine Dr. Marta L., a neurologist you have met several times. Her profile contains an address, appointment notes and the materials you discussed. She now works outside your territory, so you do not expect to arrange another visit for the time being.
Keeping her in the active list adds another name to review when planning your day. A tag can describe a situation or next step; archiving gives clients you are no longer managing their own place in the app.
Keep the profile and history available
When you archive Marta, her profile moves to the archived clients list. You can still find her contact details and appointment history, including the visits you recorded over time.
In the main list, you can focus on clients such as Elena and Riccardo, whose next visits you are preparing. Marta’s information remains available whenever you need to consult it.
Restore the client if the relationship resumes
A few months later, Marta returns to your territory. You can restore her profile to the active list and pick up from the information you kept. Before arranging a new meeting, review the last visit’s notes and update any details that have changed.
Your client list can then follow the way your work develops: keeping current relationships easy to find and earlier ones available for the future. When new people enter your territory, you can also import contacts you already have in Excel and start building their history in the app.
