You met a client on Monday. Before you see them again, you may email the material they requested, call to clarify a question or exchange a message to agree on a date. Those conversations matter when you prepare for the next visit.
ISF Agenda lets you record visits, phone calls, emails, WhatsApp contacts and conferences as appointments linked to a client. The date, contact type and notes stay in the same history, so you can review what happened between meetings.
Record the steps that follow a visit
Take Dr. Elena R. During a visit to her Bologna practice, she asks for the Carvonia information sheet. The next day, you email it to her and record the contact with a brief note: “Sent the Carvonia information sheet. Follow up on her questions at the next meeting.”
A few days later, you speak by phone and agree to meet at the medical center in Casalecchio. You can add the call to her history alongside the original visit and the email. Next time, you can check the sequence and see that you already sent the material.
Review the conversation from the client’s profile
Each recorded contact has a date, time and type. Open Elena’s profile to review the appointments and their notes: the request from the visit, the follow-up email and the call to arrange the next meeting.
The app stores the details you choose to enter. An email or phone call entry records the contact in your calendar; you send messages and make calls through your usual channels. You can also record a WhatsApp contact or a conference when it forms part of your work with that client.
A brief note is often enough to preserve what matters. Write down the question or next step you want to remember, then use it when preparing the next visit.
Include different types of contact in your planning
These entries count as appointments in the calendar. If you have set a contact frequency goal for Elena, the count includes appointments whose dates fall within the relevant calendar period, including calls, emails and future appointments. It reflects the contact recorded in the app rather than only visits that have taken place.
When you prepare for the next meeting, you have a fuller history to work from. You can see where the conversation began, what happened since then and which points to return to with Elena.
