Questions for the next meeting

In the client’s history

Before a visit, you choose what to bring and think about the topics to discuss. After a busy week, it can be harder to remember exactly what you left with each client and why.

ISF Agenda lets you link promotional items to the appointment with the client. That small detail can help you prepare when it is time to visit again.

Imagine a meeting with Dr. Riccardo V. You leave him a notebook and add a note that he plans to use it to collect questions for your next conversation. A month later, that note tells you more than the item’s name alone: it reminds you why it came up during the visit.

In the app, you can select a promotional item from the catalog and link it to the appointment. Its note stays with the visit and your other notes, so you can find it in context.

Review the history before the next conversation

Before seeing Riccardo again, open his profile. The promotional item history shows which items were linked to his appointments, with the dates and any notes. You can review the meeting you are interested in and see what you recorded at the time.

If you agreed to return to his questions, the note helps you remember that next step. The same principle applies to products discussed during visits: each entry connects the item with the conversation where it mattered.

Use small details to prepare a useful follow-up

When you plan the day, the client profile gives you a record of earlier meetings. Dates, notes and linked materials can help you avoid unnecessary repetition and follow up on what was actually discussed.

For a medical sales representative, that history makes the client list useful over time. It helps you remember both whom you plan to meet and what you want to continue discussing.
