You leave a visit with several things in mind: a topic to revisit, the products you discussed and materials connected with the meeting. Everything is clear at the time. A few weeks and many appointments later, those details can be harder to recall.
ISF Agenda gives you a place to keep them. Each appointment brings together the information you want to remember about that particular conversation with a client.
Start with the appointment
In our article on planning visits, we met Dr. Elena R., who works at two locations. Now imagine a visit to her practice in Bologna. The appointment records who you are meeting, when and where: details that help you prepare and later recognize the visit in her history.
The same calendar can also record other types of contact, such as a phone call or an email. Keeping these interactions alongside visits gives you a fuller picture of the professional relationship.
Write down what you want to follow up on
During the meeting, Elena asks for an information sheet about Carvonia, one of the products you discussed. A short, clear note about what to bring next time may be all you need.
In ISF Agenda, you can add general notes to the appointment as well as a separate note for each linked product or promotional item. This keeps each detail with the subject it concerns. When you review it later, you can see why you recorded it.
You decide what to write. The app stores your notes so you can find the details that matter when you need them.
Link products and promotional items to the visit
You might discuss two products during the same visit and also leave a promotional item. ISF Agenda lets you link those items to the appointment, alongside the date and client.
This becomes especially useful over time. A product may appear in several appointments, each with a different note. Seeing which visit an entry belongs to helps you distinguish a recent request from an earlier discussion. The same applies to promotional items: each entry stays connected to the relevant appointment.
The product catalog and client history then help you find the information and materials you need before the next visit.
Prepare the next conversation from the client’s history
A few weeks later, you are due to see Elena at the medical center in Casalecchio. The location has changed, and her profile still holds the history of your earlier meetings. You can review previous appointments, notes, products and promotional items in one place.
Start with the latest note, an open question or a product you want to discuss again. These details help you continue the conversation, even when the place, day or type of contact changes.
To plan regular contact, you can also set a contact frequency goal for each client and see whose appointment count is still below the goal for the current period.
Once your next meeting is scheduled, an appointment alert can remind you to review these details as you prepare for the visit.
