A medical sales representative’s week includes visits, internal meetings, time to prepare materials and other commitments that do not belong to a client profile. Seeing all of them helps you understand how much time is already taken before you arrange another visit.

The ISF Agenda calendar shows client appointments and personal events together, so you can review both when planning your week.

See the different commitments in your week

On Monday, you meet Dr. Elena R. at her Bologna practice. On Tuesday, you have a visit with Dr. Riccardo V. in the same city. On Wednesday, an internal meeting takes up part of the day.

Seeing these entries together helps you plan around what is already scheduled. If you are considering another visit, compare your existing commitments with the days when clients accept visits. You choose a suitable time with a fuller picture of the week in front of you.

Keep each visit connected to the client

Elena’s appointment stays linked to her profile. When you prepare for the meeting or review it later, you can find the location, notes and products linked to that visit. Riccardo’s visit also becomes part of his history, alongside his other recorded contacts.

That connection is useful in a busy week. A calendar entry leads back to the person and the information you have already gathered, helping you continue the conversation from one appointment to the next.

Add commitments that are not client appointments

You can record Wednesday’s meeting as a personal event, with a title, start and end times, and optional notes. It appears alongside visits in the calendar, so you can see that the time is occupied.

A personal event belongs to your schedule and does not become part of Elena’s or Riccardo’s contact history. This keeps each client’s history focused on your interactions with them while showing your broader commitments in the calendar.

When you plan the next few days, use the calendar to review both kinds of entry. The dashboard summarizes client appointments, while the calendar also includes the personal events that take up your time. Together, they help you make realistic plans for the week.
