Before heading out for visits, you want to see what the day holds. Some meetings are already arranged, some clients need another contact, and others may need more regular attention. The ISF Agenda dashboard brings together the main information to help you decide where to start.

It summarizes what you have recorded in the app: appointments for today and this month, future appointments, progress toward contact frequency goals and the meetings coming up next.

Review the appointments already scheduled

One of your upcoming appointments is with Dr. Elena R. at the medical center in Casalecchio. Seeing her name reminds you to prepare for the meeting. In her appointment history, you can find the note from the previous visit: she asked for the Carvonia information sheet.

The dashboard gives separate counts for today’s appointments, appointments this month and future appointments. These numbers provide a quick overview. The upcoming appointments list then helps you move from that overview to the people and details behind each meeting.

Check progress toward contact frequency goals

The dashboard also summarizes the contact frequency goals set for your clients. It shows progress for the current calendar periods of one, two, three and four months.

Use this summary to see where your plans may need attention. To find the clients who are still below a selected goal, open the “goal not reached” filter. In our example, Dr. Riccardo V. has one appointment recorded against a target of two for the quarter. His profile, visiting days and your calendar help you decide when to propose another meeting.

Goals count appointments whose dates fall within the calendar period, including future appointments and other contact types such as phone calls. They describe the contact frequency entered in the app. They do not measure completed visits or sales results.

Move from the overview to the next task

The dashboard also shows the tags most often used in your client list. They give you an overview of how you have grouped clients. To find the people with a particular tag and review their details, return to the client list.

This morning, you might start by preparing the material Elena requested. When planning tomorrow, you could consider another appointment with Riccardo, who accepts visits in Bologna on Tuesdays. The dashboard helps you see the overall picture; client profiles and the map provide the details for your next decision.
