It is Monday afternoon and you are planning Tuesday’s visits. You will be in Bologna, but your client list covers several cities, specialties and visiting days. Scrolling through every name does not immediately tell you whom to contact.
Filters in ISF Agenda help you turn a practical question into a relevant selection of clients. For example: Which cardiologists in Bologna accept visits on Tuesdays and are still below their quarterly appointment goal?
Turn a question into a plan
Take Dr. Riccardo V. from our article on contact frequency goals. He accepts visits in Bologna on Tuesdays. You have recorded one appointment against his target of two for the quarter, so you may want to find time for another contact.
You can combine city, visiting day, medical specialty and an unmet goal. Riccardo matches the criteria in this example. Dr. Elena R. is also a cardiologist, but her visiting day at the Bologna practice is Monday, so that location does not match Tuesday’s plan.
The visiting day describes when a client usually accepts visits at a location. It helps you identify whom to consider; you then arrange a specific appointment with the client.
Use the list to compare clients and the map to see locations
The client list lets you review people who match your criteria and open their profiles. After selecting a city, you can also narrow the list to a particular address. This is useful when you want to compare clients before deciding whom to contact.
The map shows locations with the selected day configured as a visiting day. It helps you see where Riccardo’s practice is in the area you are planning to cover. The map also supports filters for city, specialty, tags and goals. Filtering by a specific address is available in the list.
A location on the map shows a possible place to visit. You still need to confirm the meeting before treating it as a scheduled appointment.
Adjust the filters as your priorities change
The following day, you may want to find clients with the “material requested” tag, or focus on another specialty. Filters use the information already stored in client profiles and locations, so you can return to the same list with a different question.
Once you have identified the people to contact, review their visiting days, locations and appointments. Filters help you find relevant possibilities; the client’s details and a confirmed appointment turn those possibilities into a planned visit.
